The ideal
class size is 15, so you will probably have to
find some way of splitting the class. This can
be done, for example if the school has student
teachers or language volunteers working with
you. For example, you can have half a class of
30 working on their project while the other half
goes to another space for gamification and role
play activities. |

ASSESSMENT SPREADSHEET |
I use a point system
in class for encouraging students. In my
experience, rewarding with points is highly
motivating providing things don't get
overly competitive. By using a
spreadsheet, you can also detect shy students
who may be very keen to participate but find it
too embarrassing. You can then give them
opportunities to shine. |
The points can also
be used for assessment too. My students lose
points for speaking in L1 and being naughty.
Sometimes I give them the opportunity to recover
lost points. Anyway, please find below a generic
assessment spreadsheet for gamification, role
play and song classes which you can edit
according to your needs and circumstances.

I now actually
upload excel spreadsheets to google drive as
they convert well to google sheets, are very
convenient and they occupy zero memory |
